Sarah joined FOX 17 in March 2008 as the anchor of FOX 17 Morning News. You can catch Sarah every weekday morning from 6a.m. - 8a.m. on FOX 17 Morning News.
Hearing the alarm go off at 1:30a.m. is something Sarah Brodhead is already used to. Before coming to West Michigan, Sarah was the morning and noon anchor at KREX-TV in Grand Junction, Colorado. She also served as the live 5 p.m. reporter for weeknight newscasts. Sarah's held internships at WLS-TV in Chicago and WHIO-TV in Dayton, Ohio. The Midwest native is very excited to be back home; she grew up in a small town called Edon in northwest Ohio and has family in the Chicago area.
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Miami of Ohio University. Go Redhawks! She's an avid runner and has completed two half marathons and hopes to run the Chicago Marathon. Sarah looks forward to waking up with West Michigan and getting very involved in the community.
