If You Could Only Have One Season of SATC on DVD...
We know it's an impossible decision, but which would you choose?
Season Three got the most votes from you -- but just barely.
Season Three
"That is a really hard decision, but I would have to go with season three. It was so rich with conflict and the acting was outstanding with the Mr. Big, Carrie and Aidan triangle. I thought it showed the pain of the affair, not condoning it, but also showing the results of bad decisions. "
Season Four
"Without a doubt, the 4th season was must-see-TV. The show had matured by this season, we had been through numerous bad dates, attempted relationships and break-ups, but this season solidified all that was to follow in the remaining seasons. We knew exactly who these women were. The stories were engrossing with Carrie & Aidan reuniting, living together, getting engaged and finally breaking up for good. Charlotte reconciled with Trey and not only tried to make a go of the marriage, but attempted to start a family only to see her dream disintegrate. Miranda had the life altering experience of having a baby, which affects her future with Steve and maybe most surprising of all, Samantha meets and falls in love with someone I consider her equal in every way, including his inability to commit to one person. I loved every minute of season four!"
Season Six
"For me, I'd have to chose the last season, season 6. It's the one where everything the gals had been through over the years came to a conclusion. They all found what they were searching for and they all ended up together in NYC at the coffee shop. It still makes me cry to see those great friends....'sisters'....sharing and caring so deeply for each other. It's just wonderful!"
Season Three
"Season three... no question! It was the heart of the series. We already knew the girls really well and had much to anticipate. They were old enough to know better but young enough not to care. It was fun! Most of all, it had the most drama. The Big/Carrie affair, while not something I advocate, made for great TV. It's the season I love to re-watch!"
