'Prison Break' Actor Garrison Pleads Guilty
Actor could face nearly seven years in jail

Former "Prison Break" actor Lane Garrison is one step closer to facing a prison sentence himself.
The actor pleaded guilty Monday (May 21) to vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence and two other alcohol-related charges in connection to a fatal car crash in Beverly Hills last December that killed one of his three teenage passengers, report news sources. The maximum sentence he faces is six years and eight months in prison.
Besides vehicular manslaughter, he pleaded guilty to providing alcohol to minors and driving with an alcohol level over 0.15.
On Dec. 2, 2006, Garrison was driving his 2001 Land Rover, which struck a center median, jumped a curb and struck a tree. Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old male passenger in Garrison's car was killed in the accident, while two 15-year-old girls were also injured. The Beverly Hills police said that Garrison's blood alcohol level at the time of the accident was .20 percent, well above California's .08 threshhold.
It was also revealed in January that Garrison had cocaine in his system on the night in question.
Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 2.
Garrison is best known as the petty thief David "Tweener" Apolskis, who successfully escaped from jail on "Prison Break," but was later shot and killed.
